Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The competition is open to all individuals unless specified otherwise in the category guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries may be submitted individually only (no group submissions unless explicitly mentioned).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants below 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or guardian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Originality of Work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All submissions <strong>must be original<\/strong> and created by the participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The work should not have been previously published, awarded, or submitted to any other competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any form of plagiarism, AI-generated content (unless explicitly allowed), or copied artwork\/text will lead to <strong>immediate disqualification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Theme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All entries must be relevant to <strong>World Sparrow Day<\/strong>, sparrows, birds, biodiversity, urban ecology, or related conservation themes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries not aligned with the theme may be disqualified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Submission Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each participant may submit <strong>one entry per category<\/strong>, unless stated otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paintings must be submitted as clear digital photographs or scans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Articles and poems must be submitted in readable digital formats (PDF \/ DOC \/ plain text).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organisers reserve the right to reject illegible, incomplete, or inappropriate submissions without any explanation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Copyright &#038; Usage Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Copyright remains with the creator<\/strong> of the submitted work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By submitting an entry, participants grant <strong>Alive Charitable Trust a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right<\/strong> to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Display, publish, and share the work on its website, social media platforms, exhibitions, reports, and other outreach or educational materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the work for non-commercial or commercial activities of the Trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No separate permission or compensation will be required for such usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Credits &#038; Attribution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wherever feasible, the participant\u2019s name and category will be credited when the work is displayed or published.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to space or format constraints, credit may sometimes be provided in a consolidated manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Content Restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submissions must not contain:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content promoting harm to wildlife, people, or the environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organisers reserve the right to remove or reject any submission deemed unsuitable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Judging &#038; Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entries will be evaluated by a jury appointed by the organisers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The judges\u2019 decision will be <strong>final and binding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No correspondence regarding scores or evaluation will be entertained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Disqualification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the terms and conditions at any stage of the competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Modification &#038; Cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alive Charitable Trust reserves the right to modify the rules, deadlines, or prizes, or cancel the competition in exceptional circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any updates will be communicated through official channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
